The Best Disney Family Video….Ever!!

This has to be one of the most creative Disney Vacation Videos. What a great video by a great family! It was created by the Wolf Family and I had the opportunity to ask them a few questions.
SM: Where are you from?
WF: We’re from Tulsa, Oklahoma. My wife and I are both doctors here. Our kids are 15, 12, 9, and 7.
SM: Who’s idea was it to make the Disney Dance video?
WF: I guess both of ours. We were going to leave the camcorder home two years ago, when we came up with this idea a few hours before we left for the airport. We wanted video that we would actually watch, and we were never watching our old family movies.
SM: Was it hard to find other families to dance with you?
WF: No. We had people volunteering after our first video. It was a little tricky coordinating with them, but thanks to text messaging, even that wasn’t that bad. We had five or six other families who wanted to join us, but we couldn’t meet up.
SM:Do you think this will start a revolution of Disney Vacationers dancing badly and posting it to YouTube?
WF: I hope so! That’d be really cool. A lot of people write and say they want to do it, but are a little apprehensive about the editing process.
SM:If you had to name this style of video or activity, what would it be?
WF: Hmm…never thought of giving it a name. To me it’s just what family movies are supposed to be.
SM: How many Disney vacations has your family been on?
SF: Probably about ten or so. We became DVC members around 2003, and we typically go for a ten day trip every other year.
The video was Filmed on a Canon T2i, a Canon HF-G10, and an Olympus Tough TG-810. Edited in Final Cut Pro 7. Opening sequence created in Apple Motion 4.
